Change of Competent Authority to Norway

The service is used to apply to change the competent authority for your Flight Crew Licence from another EASA member state to Norway.  

When do I use this form?

The form shall be used when a holder of a Flight Crew Licence (Part-FCL) wants to change the issuing state/authority from another EASA member state to Norway.

Who should submit the form?

The licence holder shall be the one to log in, complete the form and submit it.

Can I hold licences from more than one EASA member state?

Pilots can hold Flight Crew Licences issued by only one EASA member state at a time. The regulations allow pilots to apply for a change of competent authority/issuing state.
