What documents shall be attached and how do I submit my application?

The following documents are required:

  • ICAO Licence
  • ICAO Medical certificate
  • Flight Radiotelephone Operators Certificate (if not integrated with the pilot licence)
  • Passport
  • Proof of employment at an aircraft manufacturer or by an aviation authority
  • NF-1107 Application form: Specific Tasks

The complete documents shall be sent to postmottak@caa.no in PDF format only. Zip folders, mail drop etc., attachments are not accepted.

  • Application form: Specific Tasks (NF-1107)
  • ICAO Medical
  • ICAO Licence
  • Passport
  • Flight Radiotelephone Operators Certificate (if not integrated into the pilot licence)
  • Proof of employment at an aircraft manufacturer or by an aviation authority
